蟹岛农庄集餐饮、住宿、娱乐、会议接待为一体，设备设施完善，相对于京郊其他度假企业，蟹岛的经营项目更具有鲜明的特色。

IV. Accommodation facilities featuring perfect combination of tradition and modern style
The farmhouse of traditional style is characterized by the integration of building style of the quadrangle of Old Beijing. At the farmhouse, 24 quadrangles of 16 styles seem like a museum of the quadrangle of Old Beijing style. Five hundreds rooms with water bed in the conference building, is suitable for accommodation, conference, business and tour.
Ⅴ. Multiple conference rooms
Xiedao has more than thirty conference rooms of difference sizes, able to host the conference with less than 800 attendants. The facilities in the conference room is complete, appointed as the contractual reception unit for conferences held by the authorities of Chaoyang District, Beijing, the central government and the NPC and also the one for hosting conferences held by Beijing Organizing Committee of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
蟹岛生态农业简介
蟹岛生态农业不仅为消费者提供了安全健康的有机食品，同时也是蟹岛旅游特色项目，是促进旅游度假产业繁荣和可持续发展的核心内涵。
蟹岛在农作物生产过程中，完全采用有机栽培方式，使用生物有机肥增强土壤肥力，采用生物防治措施提高作物抗病虫害的能力，遵循自然规律和生态学原理，协调种植业和养殖业的平衡，生产出完全不施用化肥、农药和激素的健康有机食品。2003年8月，蟹岛蔬菜、粮食、畜禽等产品顺利通过了国家环保总局有机食品发展中心有机食品综合认证。为满足市场对有机食品的巨大需求，同年，蟹岛进驻内蒙，成功开发了2.5万亩原生态土地，并依照蟹岛园区模式，建起了中国最大规模的有机种植业、畜牧业、湿地水产业基地，各种有机农产品源源不断地向北京输送。目前，蟹岛有机食品包括肉、禽、蛋、奶、鱼、蟹、蔬菜、瓜果、酒、豆制品、酱菜、调味品等数十个系列数百个品种。
Eco-agriculture of Xiedao
As a characteristics tourism project of Xiedao, Eco-agriculture of Xiedao not only supplys all kinds of organic foods but also has become the central drive to promote the tourism and vacation industry and its sustainable development.
In the process of crop production, Xiedao utilizes bioorganic fertilizer to increase the soil fertility and choose biocontrol to defend against plant diseases and insect pests. Abide by the natural rule and the principles of ecology, coordinating cultivation and aquaculture industry. Product the health organic food without fertilizer, pesticide and hormone. The production of Xiedao such as vegetables, foods, livestock and avian passed the comprehensive organic food certification by the Organic Certification Center of SEPA at 2003. To meet the huge demand of organic food, Xiedao assarted 25000 mu original ecological land in Inner Mongolia at the same year. In accordance with the Xiedao model, built the largest organic farming, animal husbandry, aquaculture base in China. All kinds of organic foods are incessantly transporting to Beijing. At the present time, Xiedao provides hundreds of varieties organic foods such as meat, avian, eggs, milk, fish, crab, vegetables, melons, liquor, soybean, pickled products, seasoning etc.
蟹岛循环经济模式简介
蟹岛将种植业和养殖业有机结合，大力发展农副产品加工业和农业旅游服务业，建立起资源高效利用的生态型产业循环链。
1、水资源循环
蟹岛日平均产生污水量800 m3，2002年蟹岛建成一座日处理污水2000 m3的污水处理厂，使蟹岛的污水全部实现了资源化利用。
2、以沼气池为纽带的物质资源循环
蟹岛以沼气池为纽带，在吸收传统农业技术与现代先进技术的基础上，联动生态农业与休闲旅游业，建立了一套完整的物质循环系统。
3、地热资源
蟹岛打有两眼2400米深的地热井，出水量为每小时100M3。热水供应客房冬季采暖、游泳池、洗浴中心。当温度降至40℃时，热水被输送到温室与垂钓区。当水温到20℃时，再用于鱼塘养鱼、灌溉和回补地下水。地热资源的利用，平均每年可节约用电170万度。
4、新能源与新技术应用
蟹岛除已经利用地热能、沼气能外，赶海宫、浴室、室外照明系统也开始大规模使用太阳能，水源热泵与节能水窖的广泛应用，较普通中央空调节能40%。
About Xiedao recycling economy
Xiedao combines aquaculture and planting industry, develop agricultural processing industry and tourism services, build an efficient ecological cycle chain.
Ⅰ. The cycle of water
Xiedao engender 800 m3 sewage every day. In 2002, Xiedao built a sewage plant which resolve 2000 m3 sewage every day.
Ⅱ. Biogas Tank
On the basis of traditional agriculture and advanced technology, Xiedao choose biogas tank as a link to coalesce eco-agriculture and leisure tourism, built an integrated circulatory system.
Ⅲ. Geothermal energy
Xiedao has two 2,400 meters deep geothermal well, supply 100 m3 water per hour. The hot water can be used to heating guest room, swimming pool, bathing center, when the temperature touch 40℃, it will be transported to greenhouse and fishing center. when the temperature touch 20℃, water can be used to irrigate, breed fish. Xiedao will save 1700 thousand kilowatt-hour By this way.
Ⅳ. New energy & technology
Besides using geothermal energy and biogas, Sea palace, bathroom and the outdoor lighting system, begin to use solar energy. The using of water heat pump and energy-saving caverns can save 40% energy than the general central air conditioning.
蟹岛餐饮美食
蟹岛现有四家餐厅，分别经营家常菜、农家菜、西北风味菜、粤菜，菜品原材料全部为蟹岛自产的有机食品，保证了食品的纯净与天然，“民以食为天，食以净为先”的千年古训在蟹岛得以淋漓尽致的体现。
Food with original taste
Xiedao has four dining rooms which supply homely dishes, farmhouse dishes, dishes with northwestern flavor, Guangdong cuisine. All the dishes use organic materials of own production to make sure purity and natural. As the ancient Chinese saying goes like this, people consider food foremost and food is particular about cleanliness, which is fully presented in Xiedao.
开饭楼Kaifan Restaurant
开饭楼建筑面积4000平米，共有餐位1100个，其中大厅可以同时容纳500人就餐，另有21个以蔬菜名称命名的大小包间。开饭楼以经营农家菜见长，大众化价格，特色菜品有“糊饼”、“菜团子”、“驴肉火烧”等。
Kaifan restaurant has a building area of 4000m2 which contains about 1,100 meal seats, where the hall could accommodate 500 persons for dining at the same time. In addition, there are twenty-one cabin rooms named by vegetables with different size. Kaifan restaurant is well known for farmhouse dishes at reasonable price. It highlights itself for special dishes of pasty cake, vegetable dumpling and toasted donkey meat.
田禾源Tianheyuan Restaurant
田禾源餐厅共有餐位300个，装修古朴典雅，菜品以乡村菜、谭家菜为基础，通过独特、细腻制作工艺，突出“鲜”的特点，菜味地道，服务优良，价格适中，适宜宴会、小型聚会。
Tianheyuan restaurant has 300 meal seats, featuring elegant and simple decoration. The dishes mainly are farmhouse series and Tang’s dishes. Unique and meticulous dish fabrication there highlights the feature of freshness. The restaurant is characterized by good dish taste, reasonable price, considerate service, proper for banquet and small party.
宴蟹楼 Xie Restaurant
宴蟹楼和天陇塬相邻，位于蟹岛会议楼B区，两个餐厅大小相同，都能同时接待300人就餐，但菜式和装饰风格迥异。宴蟹楼装修豪华，除大厅外，还有两个VIP包房、四个雅间，以经营粤菜海鲜为主，您在这里就可以领略到地道的广东潮州菜。
Adjacent to Tianlongyuan, Xie restaurant is located at B zone of Xiedao Conference Building. The restaurant and Tianlongyuan are same at size, capable of hosting 300 customers, but the two differ greatly in terms of cuisine and decoration style. Xie restaurant is of luxury decoration, besides the hall, it also sets up two VIP cabin rooms and four elegance rooms, where Guangdong cuisine is served. Guests could enjoy original Chaozhou local dish.
天陇塬 Tianlongyuan Restaurant
天陇塬完全按照陕西窑洞风格装修，菜式以西北风味菜为主，“百味面”、“羊肉泡膜”、“莜面鱼鱼”展现出了浓郁的西北风味，窑洞式的几间包间，给顾客的是别致的享受。
Tian Longyuan is of typical Shan’xi cave decoration style, providing dishes with northwestern flavor, such as diversified-taste noodles, mutton meat soup and naked oat noodles, featuring strong northwestern local flavor. Several cabin rooms there could bring guests with unique experience.
蟹岛住宿 Accomodation at Xiedao
蟹岛会议楼是蟹岛标志性建筑之一，按四星级标准设计建造，并严格遵循蟹岛绿色、生态、环保的经营理念，使用生态化建筑技术，符合现代人绿色环保的居住需求。整个建筑呈阶梯式，自然采光的透顶天窗，采光面积达到普通建筑的四倍。会议楼共有客房500余间，房型以欧式单人间为主，配以水床，独立卫生间，适宜商务会议、团队旅游住宿。
Xiedao Conference Building is one of landmark buildings of Xiedao. It is built under four-star hotel standard and strictly follows the commitment of Xiedao to green, ecology and environment friendliness. It is constructed with ecological construction technique, meeting green and environmental dwelling demand of modern people. The whole building seems like a flight of stairs, transparent sky window can let natural light go through, where the area of natural lighting is four times than common buildings. The conference building boasts about 500 European style single-bed guest rooms, fitted with water bed and separate toilet, suitable for business conference and team tour.

蟹岛现有10—800人不同规模的会议室30余个，所有会议室均配备齐全的声、光、电会议设备。蟹岛目前还是中央国家机关、北京市政府、朝阳区政府、奥组委会议采购定点单位。
Currently, Xiedao has about thrity conference rooms of different size, capable of hosting 10 to 800 attendants, which are all equipped with full-line sound, light and electric equipments. At present, Xiedao has been appointed as the contractual reception unit by the central government authorities, the government of Beijing and Chaoyang District and Beijing Organizing Committee of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
